- Free for: Recognized Certification Bodies (general questions), Companies with ongoing certification/pre-certification.
- Charged for: Stakeholder Platform Members, all other companies and individuals.
- Category C (€1000): Taking it to the Top (European Commission): If needed, and with your explicit consent, we’ll escalate your question after a Category B review.
- Free for: Recognized Certification Bodies (general questions), Companies with ongoing certification/pre-certification.
- Charged for: Stakeholder Platform Members, all other companies and individuals.
