Free Access: The CertifHy Support Service is provided free of charge for:
- Customers or Certification Bodies currently undergoing a full-package pre-certification or certification audit with CertifHy.
- CertifHy Stakeholder Platform Members.
Paid Service: For all other companies and individuals, fees apply based on the complexity of your inquiry:
- Category A (€500): Focused Expert Clarification: For questions requiring detailed interpretation and up to 30 minutes of our experts’ time.
- Category B (€1000): Comprehensive Expert Analysis: For complex questions needing in-depth analysis by our technical committee.
- Category C (€2500): Expert analysis on complex topics: For complex issues requiring the preparation of a formal technical position.
