- Free for: Customers/CBs in active full-package precertification or certification audit.
- Charged for: Stakeholder Platform Members, all other companies and individuals.
- Category C (€2500): Formal Expert Consultation with European Commission: For issues requiring official clarification at the EU level.
- Free for: Customers/CBs in active full-package precertification or certification audit.
- Charged for: Stakeholder Platform Members, all other companies and individuals.
Free Access Reminder: This service offers free access for those undergoing a full-package precertification or certification audit. Stakeholder Platform members benefit from free access to Category A questions throughout 2025. All other inquiries are subject to the fees outlined above.
