Data: Transaction details (amount, date, invoice reference). Payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never seen or stored by CertifHy.

2.8 Certificate and non-conformity database
Our website provides a public, view-only database of hydrogen production certificates and non-conformities. This database contains certification data related to production facilities and operators. It does not involve collection of personal data from website visitors.

4. International data transfers
Some of the providers listed above (Google, Stripe, YouTube) are based in the United States. Data transfers to the US are carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, which provide an appropriate level of protection for your data.
HubSpot and Learnworlds store data within the European Union (Germany) and are not subject to international transfer restrictions.
